Maravilloso tour con un guía experto en cazar aurora boreales y explicar el fenómeno. Un conductor de Estonia muy amable y atento. Las fotos que nos tomó el guía y las indicaciones para tomarlas fueron claras y geniales para hacer nuestro sueño realidad al primer intento. Our northern lights tour was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and very well organized. Lucas was an excellent guide, with great communication and a sense of humor that kept everyone's spirits up all night. The campfire was a highlight, and the veggie hot dogs and hot chocolate were a welcome treat while we waited for the lights. The photos taken on board turned out beautifully, and they're a great keepsake of the night. One small suggestion is to collect guests' emails at the start of the tour instead of the end, when everyone is tired and sleepy. The van ran out of battery, which was unexpected, but the team arranged a bus right away. The delay was short, and we got back without any real trouble. That quick, calm handling of a problem says a lot about the company. Overall I'd happily recommend this tour and would book again.

The driver, Bela, and the guide Isaac were great and spared no effort to please the group. The guide knows a lot about the Aurora Borealis and was relentless in his hunt. Furthermore, he took many photos with the greatest willingness. Hot dog and very tasty drinks. I highly recommend

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations later than that and no-shows are non-refundable. If you have questions about your booking, please contact us.

How much walking is involved?

Very little on most tours — bus and fjord tours include short stops close to the vehicle, suitable for most ages. Activity tours such as the snowshoe hike require more walking; the details are on each tour page.
